Solution: Networked kiosk application for Orange Telecom for 140 stores. Director software allowed system to be standalone or networked to a central administration server which monitored up time and usage.
Our take: We gained valuable insight into rolling out large numbers of units across third party stores and the associated issues. Working closely with the hardware provider Fujitsu meant each machine was setup identically which helped reduce fault finding times.
